DOSE-UP:
DOSE ranging in UPper limb rehabilitation after stroke (DOSE-UP): A Phase I trial
DOSE-UP is a Phase I trial that aims to identify the maximum tolerated dose regimen of upper limb intervention early after stroke.
We are currently recruiting people from two acute stroke units in Melbourne, Australia.
This trial is the focus of Emily Dalton's PhD thesis and papers related to the study can be found under publications.

UPLIFT:
UPper limb and Language Impairment and Functional Training (UPLIFT) after stroke: Reaching for your words
UPLIFT is a Phase IIa trial that aims to identify the most promising integrated upper limb and language rehabilitation program(s).
This project commenced recruitment in June 2022.
This trial is funded trial by the Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) of Australia.

This phase I/IIA clinical trial that aims to find out how long you need to be active for each week (activity duration) and how hard you have to work while active (activity intensity) to be beneficial for your health.
This trial is funded trial by the Stroke Foundation of Australia.
eCARE:
This study is currently being developed.
It will test the feasibility of electronically collecting the multiple dimensions of dose during usual care in the hospital setting (acute and inpatient rehabilitation settings).
Study is led by Sarah Newton - Graduate Researcher in the REPAIR team.

VESPUR:
Very Early Start to Personalised Upper limb Rehabilitation (VESPUR) after stroke
This trial is closed. It is currently being written up for publication.
VESPUR is a Phase IIa trial that aims to investigate intensive upper limb intervention within the first 6 months post stroke.
We are currently recruiting people with severe upper limb disability from two acute stroke units in Melbourne, Australia
Participants are randomly allocated to receive 100 hours of upper limb intervention that commences 10 days or 3 months post stroke.
This project has received funding from the Heart Foundation of Australia and Stroke Foundation of Australia.
